ARACON vector early strip
A slab deck on drophead props: the panels are released early and the props stay under the slab.
A conventional slab deck is one structure. The face that forms the slab and the props that carry it come out together, so nothing is recovered until the concrete can carry itself, and a full set of panels stays locked under every floor until that day.
Why choose ARACON vector early strip
Panels out, props in
You recover the deck face while the slab is still curing, because the head lowers away from the soffit and the prop stays standing under it.
Fewer panels per floor
One set of panels runs several floors, because the set is never locked under a slab that is not finished with it.
Released by hand
The head is dropped with a blow on its release, so a deck is struck with a hammer rather than with plant on the slab.
Props stay undisturbed
The propping is never removed and reset, which takes the re-propping step and its inspection out of your cycle.
The floor below comes back
With the deck face gone and only props left standing, your following trades get the level back while the concrete is still gaining strength.
One repeating operation
A panel and its drophead prop go in together on a set grid, so a crew works to a rhythm instead of to a drawing for every bay.
