Early-strip slab formwork

An aluminium panel and prop deck for slabs, arranged so the panels come out early and the props stay in until the concrete has its strength.
What earlystripping buys
On a conventional deck the formwork cannot come out until the slab can carry itself, which means a full set of panels is tied up on every floor. Vector separates the two. The panels are released early and taken to the next floor while the props remain under the slab, carrying it until it is ready.
The practical effect is that a contractor buys fewer panels to run the same cycle, because the same panels are working on the floor above while the slab below is still curing.
The panels are aluminium, so a deck is assembled and stripped by hand rather than by crane.
