ARACON

Panel slab formwork

ARACON supreme

An aluminium panel deck carried on heavy-duty props with integrated dropheads. No component in the system weighs more than 20 kg.

Where supremesits

Supreme is the panel deck in the range. Interlocking modular panels are joined by toothed section beams and carried on aluminium props with dropheads built into the head, so the deck is assembled as a system rather than built up out of bearers, joists and loose timber.

Nothing in it weighs over 20 kg. That is the figure the system is designed around: it keeps the deck inside manual handling limits, and it keeps a floor turning around without a crane standing over the slab.

The perimeter and the closures are the part every panel deck has to solve. Supreme takes timber infills on its own fixed heads, combined heads and drophead stirrups, and picks up columns on shimming profiles, so the edge is made up with the system instead of against it.
